Tom has been a coach with Para High Performance Group at Community Rowing Incorporated in Boston since 2019. Prior to coaching, he worked as an equity analyst covering industrial stocks, as well as serving as Director of Equity Research for Columbia Management in Boston.  The first 12 years of his career were spent as an engineer, primarily at Airflow Research, and its eventual parent company Bosch. He Graduated from Rutgers in 1986 with a BSME, and later received a Master’s in Finance from Boston College.  He rowed on the lightweight team at Rutgers, was on the US lightweight rowing team, and currently rows at Cambridge Boat Club.
