As a team and executive coach, Sally has an uncanny ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds and experiences. She brings positive energy and an engaging spirit to team and individual coaching, encouraging clients to value their strengths while remaining clear-eyed in seeing and overcoming their weaknesses.She is a member of a “Undoing Racism,” a small group of executive coaches who make racial equity core to their work by customizing approaches to hold deeply in honest and productive conversations. As a DEI coach she partners with colleagues to introduce systemic approaches to developing a racial equity culture.

Background
Sally has been an educator for Duke CE, Georgetown University and American University, specializing in working with leaders to cultivate a diverse network of relationships that support professional success and personal well-being.
Prior to beginning her independent practice in 2006, she was Director of Leadership Development and Culture Change at Fannie Mae and Managing Director of Training and Development for the National Cooperative Bank. She is an MA in Organization Management from Fielding Graduate University, A Graduate Certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University (ITL) and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
