#USRowCon2021 has ended

WELCOME - Life is changing, it’s time to adapt! Things are evolving – technology, communication, coaching, DEI initiatives, equipment, best practices, SafeSport. All of this makes running a club or coaching a team both exciting and challenging. We understand that you have a lot of questions and USRowing’s Annual Convention can help give answers and advice. Each day, a keynote speaker will kick us off before we dive into webinars, guest speakers, hands-on demonstrations and more. We hope you join us for these five days of learning from the experts (and of course some fun)!

Justin Boatner

Best Buddies Ambassador, Athletes Without Limits Rowing Team Captain
Arlington, VA
Justin is a role model for his community at the Anacostia Community Boathouse both on and off the water.   As a 2 time Stotesbury Cup Champion and Head of the Charles Champion Justin has broken down barriers for what a rower with Autism can achieve.   Justin rowed for Wakefield HS in Arlington, VA and in this inclusive school environment found “his voice” and the support to come out as a gay teen.   Justin’s example has empowered many in his community to be “LOUD & PROUD” no matter what their gender, ethnic, ability or disability may be and continues its that goal with the support of his awesome mom, Ella Hazen
and his AWL & DC Stokes coaches and teammates.
